FineVu Dashcam Australia dispatches orders from Victoria, Australia.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, dispatch cut-off time, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and delivery issue process.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

2. Daily Dispatch Cut-Off Time

Our daily dispatch cut-off time is 2:00 PM Melbourne time.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Melbourne time on a business day may be dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability, payment clearance, and order verification.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Melbourne time may be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time Within Australia

Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier network, and destination.

Delivery to regional, rural, or remote areas may take longer than the standard estimate.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

For most Australian orders, the estimated total delivery time is usually:

This includes:

0–1 business day handling time
1–4 business days transit time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Where free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown on the product page, cart, or checkout page.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch, as carrier tracking systems may not update immediately.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

FineVu Dashcam Australia is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will help check the delivery status with the carrier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it.

9. Authority to Leave

Some carriers may offer authority-to-leave delivery options.

If authority to leave is selected or applied, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature. FineVu Dashcam Australia is not responsible for loss or damage after the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
